Sept 14 - Parry Sound wrap up

Rounds 5 & 6 of the Royal Distributing Canadian Enduro Championship presented by Parts Canada are in the books. Matt and the gang from Dirtybikes.ca put together a tough and challenging course - something that deserved to be called a National round. The entire weekend was presented by Honda - and their top rider Jason Schrage did not disapoint. There was 29 Pro riders with 15 of them coming from Alberta, BC and Quebec who put on a great show along with a strong field of amateurs who decided to test themselves in the Big Show!

World Enduro Canada wants to thank all our Media partners who came out to support the event. Ryan Gauld from MXP came to ride the event and after posting the fastest time in the first test his bike threw a chain and broke the engine case putting him out - he did come away with a very positive view of the Enduro world - check out his blog and photo essay . Jeff Morgan from Inside MotoX and Offroad also came to ride the event and finished a respectable 8th & 6th in B class. Dan Paris from Offroadmotorcycles.ca, Suzanne Howie from Inside Motorcycles were there as well as Bill Petro who was putting together material for Cycle Canada and The Toronto Star. In addition Global Television sent a crew on Saturday for the evening news.

The final two rounds will be held this weekend in Labelle, QC where we will be crowing the Eastern Canadian Enduro Championship in all 6 amateur classes - sponsored by Inside MotoX and Offroad Magazine- as well as the National Pro Championships in all 4 Pro Classes. The Overall number one Pro for the season will be handed the keys to his new Kymco scooter couresty of Kymco Canada. There will be a season ending after party in Mt Tremblant on Sunday evening - hope to see you all there!

Sept 7 - Registration for Montreal Supercross & Endurocross now open

If your looking for a new challenge or want to experience riding in front of 50,000 fans then you need to sign up for the Montreal Endurocross, or for you moto heads the Supercross, on Oct 2nd. Registration is now Open World Enduro Canada is proud to be a marketing partner with this prestigous event and is assisting the organizers with the Endurocross portion of the program. If your interested in riding and would like some help getting there please Contact us we are working with Royal Distributing to take their race truck to Montreal and have room for up to 10 riders.

July 17 - Western rounds in the books

After a few days on the road bringing the Royal Distributing race truck back to Ontario we can officially confirm the Western Rounds were a big success. Rider attendance was up by 25% over last year at both events, specatator turn out was up as well. We have recieved a lot of positive feedback from riders on how much they enjoyed the riding and in particular the special test enduro format. Everyone we spoke to agreed these events will create faster Canadian riders. World Enduro Canada wants to thank all our sponsors for helping to make the series possible. A big thanks also goes out to Dan Paris from Offroadmotorcycles.ca and Suzanne Howie from Inside Motorcycles for making the trip west to cover the events and increase the media exposure. Dan was recieving over 11,000 visitors to his site over the last two weeks indicating how strong the interest level is for Enduro competition. Next round is in Parry Sound, ON on Sept 11 & 12. July 6 - Rounds 1 & 2 are in the books

The Full Gas crew put on another epic event with some of the most impressive scenery and epic terrain ever seen in an Enduro!! July 4 - The 2010 Season kicks off in Alberta

June 23 - You Tube Clip of the new Extreme Test in BC

Last year the organizers of the BC round at the Apex Ski Resort recieved the rider vote for the best extreme test of the entire series and this year they are planning to do even better. Check out the Helmet Cam action. Hope to see you there!

May 17 - We're gonna make you a ROCKSTAR!

World Enduro Canada is pleased to announce that Rockstar Energy Drink has decided to support the 2010 Royal Distributing Canadian Enduro Championship presented by Parts Canada.  Rockstar is a well know brand in the motorcycle racing world sponsoring a wide range of teams, riders and events around the world.  The fantastic Rockstar products will be fueling the racers at all four events this season starting in Coleman, AB in July.  Come out to see some exciting racing and "We'll make you a Rockstar!"

May 10 - Shelburne Kids Enduro a Big Hit

Despite the cold weather and SNOW over 20 kids from 5-15 showed up to ride the Kids Enduro. The course was approx 2 kms long with 3 special tests and the kids did four laps, after which some wanted to keep going! For photos check out the story on Offroadmotorcycles.ca

May 8 - Dirty Bikes Enduro Sprint Championship

The gang from Dirtybikes.ca has developed an interesting championship that will help riders to hone thier special test skills. Using a racing format that is popular in Australia the events consist of an Enduro loop with 3 special tests back to back with no conecting trail. For riders looking to improve their "sprinting skills" needed to be competitive in Royal Distributing Canadian Enduro Championship you need to check this out!

May 3 - Yamaha Canada announces Yamabucks for You Program

Yamaha Canada has announced a program that will reward its customers for competing in a number of racing series, including Canadian Enduro Championship. WEC will be given Yamabucks to award to the top 3 finishing Yamaha riders in all amateur classes. The best part is the riders dont have to be on the podium to recieve the Yamabucks. A rider could finish in any position but if they are the top placing rider on Yamaha they will recieve $75, second top finishing Yamaha will get $50 Yamabucks and the third $25. These Yamabucks can be redeemed at any Yamaha dealer for parts and accesories. For more details or for details on the other supported series.

Apr 23 - Offroadmotorcycles.ca has launched!!!!!

Dan Paris is a true off road fanatic, and dedicated to showcasing the talent and excitement of the Canadian Off Road world. He is a veteran of the motorcycle media world having worked for such quality publications & websites as Inside Motorcycles, Direct Motocross.com, Motorcycle.com, offroad.com, cyclefocus.com and has been the media man behind the Parts Canada publication Partsmag.com. Now Dan has decided to launch his own website dedicated to the Canadian Off Road Motorcycle scene Offroadmotorcycles.ca In addition to what is happening in Canada Dan plans to have tests of all the latest and greatest off road motorcycles, info on what is happening around the world in the Enduro World Championships and US off road series like GNCC, WORCS and National Enduro. Apr 10 - RTR Perfomance to sponsor CEC

World Enduro Canada is proud to announce RTR Performance as the newest sponsor the 2010 Royal Distributing Canadian Enduro Championship. RTR, located in beautiful Kamloops BC, is a KTM, Honda, and Bombardier dealer and has been involved with racing for a number of years. They have sponsored motocross riders at both the national and regional level and last year got involved with the CEC. The number 1 plate holder, KTM's Bobby Prochnau, rides out of their shop.
RTR has agreed to supply prizes for the hardworking volunteers at the western rounds. The event volunteers are the true unsung heros of the off road racing world and RTR recognizes the contribution they make. These indivuals spend countless hours, days and sometimes weeks of their lives to make sure the events are challenging for the riders and entertaining for spectators.

Apr 1 - Honda Canada Announces Contingency for CEC

Mar 24 - Jason Schrage will be riding Red

Jason - last years E3 Champion - recently signed a contract with Honda for the 2010 season. He will be making the switch to the highly competitive E2 class on the new fuel injected Honda 450. "I am really excited Honda Canada has been treating me great". Jason swept the E3 podium and was the 2nd overall fastest rider last season so we will be seeing Red on the podium this year!
